Director’s comments about artist: Masanori Narikawa with a long career as a guitarist takes a little distance from the commercial music, when I began to create their own world in the classical guitar one, I also retired from the publisher, had begun to find way out from the photo to the movie. Listening to the new music of Masanori Narikawa, I was very fascinated by the melody. I felt that the music composed of one guitar had a scale feeling that I could not imagine “music is a movie floating”. Depending on the situation at the time of listening, various movies will appear on the mind.
I also met with Musician and Filmmaker, soon I got the chance to collaborate. First of all, I will make movie and have Masanori Narikawa watch it and make music suitable for movie. Waiting for a couple of weeks, the moment I fit the sent music to movie, it was whole body goose bumps. By adding music to movie, the story begins to shine so that monochrome becomes color, so that the power of movie is amplified many times.
Then the music of “ODAYAKA-YA” which was completed is a quality that is not only wastefulness with BGM, and in the end it was made an album in a form that can be released even by a single song, but among them the theme song I made a music video of “Prologue” using a movie scene.
