About The Video
This short video has no special effects or filters. It was simple a scene from the balcony on a cruise ship. The message, the mood, the vibration from the observer was not about schedules, work, stress, or any of the things that typically occupy the mind. In fact, everything felt like a distraction when compared to the beauty and focus of watching the sun sink into the sea. The gift of that pause and breath was one of peace and gratitude for life itself.
