SUPPORT

Thank you for downloading the IPFF-TV application. If you are having difficulty with the application please submit a ticket to our support unit for assistance.

FAQ’s

1. The channel loads slow.

This can be caused by the quality of your internet service or your Roku device itself. Our films are high quality and some may take longer to buffer to ensure quality playback, however a wait time greater than 1 minute is not common. If you experience wait time longer than 60 seconds for a film to load, please submit a help ticket with our support staff.

2. Subtitles are not displaying properly.

Due to the number of languages supported by our international films, not all subtitles will appear as desired. We are developing more language files to server a larger audience.

3. When are new films added?

New films are added year round, with more films appearing prior to the festival.

4. How can I get my film on IPFF-TV?

IPFF-TV receives film entries exclusively through FilmFreeway.com. You can read more about our festival and rules of entry here: https://filmfreeway.com/festival/InternationalPeaceFilmFestival
