Second Love: This is an experimental film in the genre of cinematic impressionism. The film shows the subtle fixation of a young boy and his crush on an older girl. Her impression on him at a young age is profound. In the film you will not find a twisted plot or unusual finale, it is a depiction of the nuances of mood and subtle psychological states. The film creates an atmosphere of summer in the village, sublime and harmoniously and is very intuitive as it perceives the emotions of this particular boy.
A true depiction of adolescence coming of age and first love, the Film avoids dwelling on a broken heart, but celebrates the awakening of young new hearts. Through the the director’s eyes we experience beauty in simple forms of radiant joy.
